I called on Geneviève to coach my management team. Geneviève put together an online training package for me, followed by group workshops for the team, and everyone also had individual coaching sessions. I really appreciated the dynamism and experience Geneviève shared with us. The ice-breaking exercises at the beginning of the meetings allowed everyone to “land” and be in open mode for the trainings. She was able to adapt her approach with everyone so that we got the most out of the coaching sessions. At the end of the course, I felt that we had, as a team, “gone up a step”. The Nova Profile is a very enriching personal experience. It reproduces exactly who we are and not what we think we are. It offers 3 perspectives: our natural style, the adapted style (what we think we should be), as well as our motivations. Coaching gives us a multitude of answers to questions we can ask ourselves, but we date not to, or even questions we don’t ask ourselves because we have blind spots.
The multiple aspects of the Profile Nova confirm our personality, and they have helped me improve myself in many aspects.
However, the correct interpretation of the profile must be made by a qualified and objective person. Geneviève is excellent at interpreting the conclusions of the profile and taking us forward. Thank you, Geneviève!

The Quebec Medical Association retained the services of Geneviève to deliver the closing conference during the 3rd Physician Managers Conference on October 27, 2017. Through her dynamic approach, she was able to capture the audience by inviting participants to reflect on their ability to develop in the complex environment in which they work in order to have a positive impact onthe management of their partnerships.
As a project manager at the QMA, I also work with Geneviève on the preparation of training courses for medical managers.
