What is your role at Unique Coaching?
As a founder, I create the vision, I adjust the goals, I measure performance, and I adapt objectives!
I also manage finance and technology … at least for now ????
As a coach, I meet coaches and teams on a daily basis to help them achieve their goals. I ask them questions to validate if they are truly aligned between their desires and their goals, I offer them tools and courses, and I push them to take action.
I also love to create new content: articles, courses, tools, books.
What is your background from before Unique Coaching?
I spent 15 years in information technology, from working as a programmer to an IT director for an international company. I have faced many leadership challenges, and my failures coupled with my desire to succeed have allowed me to develop the skills I impart today.
I have managed teams and large projects both in person and remotely from many countries, often with limited resources! I have succeeded in creating a culture of performance using two approaches: coaching and agility.
I deepened my knowledge in these areas and started a business to help managers and leaders become more successful, have a positive impact on themselves and those around them and deliver their objectives more easily.
Since 2013, I have supported hundreds of people from various companies and various fields, especially in SMEs because the impact of coaching is direct and very motivating for me!
What are 3 words that describe you?
Good listener, creative, with generosity and …. We must mention my infectious laugh!
What are you most proud of in your life?
I am proud of everything I have dared to do – I stepped out of my comfort zone and moved to work and study in Montreal, I started snowboarding and motorcycling at 30, started my own business, I run my day-to-day business, and I succeed in finding a balance between my role of entrepreneur, mother, woman and the zillions of projects I am involved in!
The impact that my business has is also a source of pride and is a dream in the making. My other big dream is related to the education of children at the social level. Will this take the form of a foundation? To be continued!
What is your best trip?
I love the road trips I’ve taken, whether in California, Italy or Quebec.
What are your favorite family moments?
Laughing with my son, traveling with family, and reading beside people I love, haha!
How do you energize yourself?
I like spending time in nature, boxing, swimming, keeping a journal, meditating.
I also read a lot. One of the last books that stood out to me is Brenée Brown’s Braving the Wilderness; otherwise, I’m currently reading Simon Sinek, Tony Robbins, and business strategy books.

Holder of a master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Sherbrooke
I support the customer experience in individual and group coaching programs as well as for face-to-face and online training on the various platforms used by Unique Coaching.
For the project management component, I coordinate the necessary stakeholders in the various projects and ensure the progress of each to achieve the set objectives. I also contribute to the development of new products and services from a marketing point of view.
What is your background from before Unique Coaching?
Before my arrival at Unique Coaching, I ensured the customer experience and juggled technologies for different SMEs and for international companies (the automotive sector and digital media). I managed the implementation of a car-sharing mobile app and made it easier to learn the app by improving the customer journey. I also coordinated the management of the creation of many websites, being the intermediary between my clients and the production teams.
What are 3 words that describe you?
I would definitely say smiling, energetic, and collaborative ????
What are you most proud of in your life?
One of my greatest sources of pride is to have always followed what I wanted to do while challenging myself in my professional and personal life. One of my dreams is to fly a plane and go where the wind takes me. I like to feel free to take control of the thrills and pleasure I feel at will.
What is your best trip?
It’s hard to choose. I would say Bali. Waking up in a tree-top wooden cabin with a heavenly view of rice fields.
What are your favorite family moments? Big family gatherings around a homecooked meal, piped music and endless laughter. These are some beautiful moments I’ve shared with loved ones.
How do you energize yourself? I love swimming, running, and chatting with my partner, family and friends as well as spending weekends in the great outdoors of Quebec. I have a great passion for the band Coldplay and more particularly for their song “Up and Up” (“Better and Better”). This song, whose video is very surreal, evokes the capacity for resilience and calls for never giving up.
