I’ve been there. My last management position, as IT Director, really made me think about the impact I could have around me. I went looking for tools in management coaching and agility. When I applied them, I saw remarkable results. For example, a 30% reduction in the investment budget and a staff turnover rate that has fallen from 25% to 5%.
I realized that if I had been accompanied by management coaching, it would have been easier and faster. I would have saved time, energy and stress! That’s why I decided to create Unique coaching in 2013: to support managers and entrepreneurs towards a more positive leadership for them and those around them. Since then, my modern and relevant approach has proven itself.
