Our training is aimed at current managers, from the first level to the executive level, and is delivered in person or virtually. Our approach is simple: participants prepare for the workshops by watching video clips and then put them into practice during the meetings through sharing, cases, introspective work and role-playing. HR people, we know that you are busy and therefore offer a turnkey service!
You will receive follow-up on the progress of the participants in connection with the videos, an attendance register, certificates and we facilitate coordination from A to Z.
All our training includes:
- Learning manual, cheat sheets, and lifetime access to preparatory videos;
- Concrete and practical exchanges in sub-groups and advice from a certified coach with real management experience;
- Certificate of completion, attendance sheets;
- Invitation to participate in the sessions at no additional cost for the HR contact of the mandate;
- Training given by an Emploi Québec approved person;
- Turnkey service.
At the end of this training, you will have clarity on the expectations and skills of today’s manager: modern and agile.
