DESCRIPTION
The pace that is accelerating, the pressure that is increasing, the available workforce that is decreasing, combined with the demand for happiness at work… All this has a big impact on the demand for courage and benevolence from managers.
Through the training, participants will develop the courage to decide, act, say and delegate. They will benefit greatly from our decision support tools and strategies to turn fear into courage.
Part of the “managerial courage and delegating” training is also devoted to communication: how to get a message across that the manager is less comfortable with or simply disagrees with?
Regarding delegation, the training offers 5 criteria to facilitate prioritization. Once prioritized, the tasks or projects to be delegated become obvious. We offer an Excel tool to all participants to facilitate this part.
Finally, in order to ensure effective delegation, the last part of the training concerns the follow-up: the right posture, the right frequency, the right content.
Participants will leave the “managerial courage and delegate” training more confident and concretely equipped.

All of our training courses are held in person or virtually. The “managerial courage and delegate” training includes a pre-workshop video preparation to learn the concepts and a workshop to experiment and share.
