DESCRIPTION
Nowadays, everything goes so fast that under stress, many managers “cut off” communication by locking themselves in their office, or mainly use email or instant messages.
We understand this reality, and also know that to increase the team’s performance, the manager must be present, in a different way.
During the “communication” training, participants will also learn what to do so that they do not wait to solve problematic situations, how to create responsibility for solutions and clarify their expectations.
As a participant, you will develop your skills on listening, empathy and deepen communication styles to better adapt your communication style to your interlocutors. The “communication” training will also allow you to obtain a clear method to ensure the success of your exchanges, as well as scripts

Pedagogical approach and format
All of our training courses are held in person or virtually. The “communication” training includes a pre-workshop video preparation to learn the concepts and a workshop to experiment and share.
