Agile Profile® Development will meet your needs if you want to be more agile and efficient. This tool measures your actions and allows you to know what behavior(s) you need to adapt to your reality in order to be a more agile, flexible and adaptable person. The behavioral agility profile measures, for an individual or a team, three essential behaviors of today’s leader: anticipate, cooperate and innovate.
• Anticipate: Be able to observe your environment, anticipate the impacts and consequences of your action or decision on your environment and on the common goal in order to act with anticipation!
• Cooperating: To cooperate is to help each other, to listen to each other, to coordinate in order to achieve the common goal in the satisfaction of all the stakeholders in your system.
• Innovate: Implement ideas that create value for the customer and the organization and know how to explain the “why” in order to create autonomy around you, while remaining focused on the common goal. In teams, the workshops are of a maximum of ten people and last about a day. We are generally flexible and will adapt the group workshop to best meet your objectives.
You do not have to be in the coaching process with us to benefit from this tool. It is possible to make a single meeting to present your profile. You will come out of this meeting with insights and tools to adapt behaviors to BE more agile. Simply contact us via instant messaging and we will answer your questions very quickly.

After booking the appointment, you will receive a personalized link to do your video preparation, answer the questions to generate the Agile Profile® Development report.

You receive your profile
during a 2-hour meeting
This meeting lasts 2 hours. You will have your debriefing by an ICF certified professional coach and Agile Profile Coaching & Training. You will leave with your analysis report (about 35 pages), a tool to use the know-how model on a daily basis and an action plan.

Agile Profile Development?
Context We live in a very turbulent, changing society in which we must constantly adapt. In such a society, having interpersonal skills and know-how are not enough to be efficient and neither is discriminatory in a changing context. Action is the ability to take one’s interpersonal skills and know-how and adapt it to the situation. That is to say, to act with others, with the elements that surround us.
