Three sizes available
No matter which format you choose, at Unique coaching you always get the best experience. Our goal is to reach as many people as possible, leaving no one behind, whether due to a lack of time or limited resources.
Format #1: Standard, non-traditional training
Half- or full-day workshop on a topic of your choice, with preparatory capsules and follow-up between 2 and 4 months.

Format #2: Conference workshop between 1 hour and 2:30 pm
Workshop and conference type will give you a clear guide to a particular topic and will be able to experiment with it in a group.
Format #3: Self-study
Our platform has hundreds of users. We have proven expertise in this format that we have been using since 2017.
ALTERNATIVE TRAINING APPROACH FOR MANAGERS AND LEADERS
Our training sessions at Unique coaching are from half a day to a full day, accompanied by a video preparation of about 2 hours. During these sessions, we emphasize an interactive workshop approach, incorporating role-plays, reflection exercises, and an in-depth exploration of the topics chosen by the group.
We also offer shorter workshop-conference versions (between 1 hour and 2 hours 30 minutes) and online self-training.

Thank you for this great training which taught me a lot of techniques to engage the members of my team. Who creates the training content?
Geneviève, the founder of Unique coaching, creates or selects all the content.
Before creating her company in 2013, Geneviève had a career “from expert to manager”. She was a computer programmer, then a project manager, then an operations manager. Its training is based on real experience.
Since the beginning of 2023, she has been working with a management and leadership geek like her 😊 who helps her with content research. Isabelle is a team manager active in the field, who also has publications.
Finally, she is surrounded by a reviewer and a learning experience designer to offer quality content and workshops that meet the pedagogical objectives and facilitate learning.
Why the preparatory video clips with your training?
In our experience, participants prefer to share and experiment rather than receive a ton of information at once.
They still need to learn certain concepts, tools and a common vocabulary. This is the role of video clips and online tools. It’s a bit like the theoretical part of the training, without being boring, because our format is pragmatic and proven.
