Executive Coaching

Our executive coaching clients love the flexibility of our packages:

  • 3 months / 12 sessions (6h) / 1 Profile / 2 self-training courses /
  • 6 months / 20 sessions (10h) / 1 Profile / 4 self-training courses /
  • 12 months / 36 sessions (18 hours) / up to 3 Profiles / unlimited access to the tools / access to your coach in 24 hours for flash coaching!

The sessions are 30 minutes long, virtually. Sometimes it may be necessary to meet for 60 minutes or even to do 2-hour work sessions. We will adjust if this is the case!

All packages include: one to three psychometric profile(s) with debriefing meeting and access to the self-training catalog as well as online workshops-conferences.

During the discovery call, the best packages for your situation will be offered to you according to the results you want.

For executive coaching you have packages of 3, 6 or 12 months at a rate of 30 minute sessions per week.

For management coaching, you can choose between directed or à la carte courses.

All our coaching packages include diagnostic tools to get to know yourself more quickly, adjust the tools to your reality and find ways to motivate you.

These diagnostic tools can be a psychometric profile or our diagnostic wheels!

If we have a chemistry, an official service offer will be sent to you.

Start and progress towards achieving your results!

You will already be able to organize your dating schedule at the pace you want by booking directly on our website!

You will have the choice between 30 or 60 minute meetings, depending on your needs.

Our clients like to schedule their meetings at least 4 weeks in advance or more to ensure continuity in their progress.

Between each meeting, you will put into action the most relevant elements in order to achieve your results.

And before your next meeting, you answer 5 questions to prepare yourself and give context on what happened (we know that in a week a lot can happen!)

We will make one or more assessments if necessary.
