Thank you very much for this very rich training in content and sharing of experiences! You are an excellent trainer and you have added content or modules continuously according to our interests, it is very much appreciated. I was able to dig deeper into subjects that resonated with me more. I remember several "images" (little monkeys on the shoulders, the fish, the funnel, etc.), it's visual, it's explainable to others, very useful.

In July 2020, we experienced several changes and novelties in the management structure of our department. We co-organized a teambuilding activity with Ms. Dicaire in order to increase collaboration between the different departments of our fast-growing company. The NOVA tool was already familiar to me, I knew the benefits of such an exercise. On the other hand, the results were greatly amplified by Ms. Dicaire's personalized approach, allowing us to appropriate a common language.
During a Nova team activity, I particularly enjoyed listening to the details that Geneviève offered on my profile and those of others! I realized that individual agility is inseparable from that of the group to manage difficult situations with less friction and more fun. But also that our management team is on the right track in our quest for agility! After the game, I feel even more confident and comfortable confronting uncertainty.

During the training "Using benevolent and effective communication", I left with several tools. The Quebec Medical Association retained the services of Geneviève to deliver the closing conference during the 3rd Physician Managers Conference on October 27, 2017.
