In July 2020, we experienced several changes and novelties in the management structure of our department. My manager and I got our hands dirty in order to create everything to the best of our knowledge and without experience on this subject. We were able to count on Geneviève as a coach for the BMW speed coaching activity during the 2019 edition of C2 Montreal. We co-organized a teambuilding activity with Ms. Dicaire in order to increase collaboration between the different departments of our fast-growing company. The NOVA tool was already familiar to me, I knew the benefits of such an exercise. On the other hand, the results were greatly amplified by Ms. Dicaire's personalized approach, allowing us to appropriate a common language.

During a Nova team activity, I particularly enjoyed listening to the details that Geneviève offered on my profile and those of others! This helps to grasp the nuances of motivations and personalities. We also did a simulation that allowed us to see concretely that my way of being and communicating is not that of others and I now know what to adapt.

We did a "Nova" team day in June 2022. I particularly appreciated how it helped us identify our communication needs as well as our working methods and that of others. It was very constructive to better understand the motivations of others and why they communicate like this.

During our team day with the Nova tool, I enjoyed learning about the different types of profiles and ways to communicate well with everyone. I was a little nervous about the idea of doing group activities at first, and I was surprised at my comfort level following the icebreaker which made communication easier and very pleasant.

I enjoyed all the Nova training I received as a team. Very rewarding. Geneviève is very professional and friendly.

We participated in the "crisis in St-Perdu" activity hosted by the Randolph Pub Ludique in Trois-Rivières as part of a teambuilding day. We loved this activity which perfectly combines the fun and educational side of the thing. This immersive activity, punctuated by relevant and dynamic theoretical presentations, greatly equipped us with the tools on agile behaviour. Because beyond our skills and interpersonal skills, knowing how to act is an essential key in business if we want to make the best decisions or at least, decisions that will generate more positive than negative impacts. During the training "Using benevolent and effective communication", I left with several tools. Among other things: to be aware of communication filters, the funnel method and communication styles to adapt your message according to the interlocutor. In addition, the practical exercises were very useful.

The trainer made sure that everyone participated, she took her time to make sure that we understood correctly. Then, the presentations, information and tools are precise and clear. It is easy to find my way around and use them in my daily life.

Thank you for this great training which taught me a lot of techniques to engage the members of my team. Doing recognition activities, having fun, looking for what brings positive emotion, not waiting a year before giving corrective or motivating feedback on annual objectives is well indicated in this training, I will come back to listen to the training again just to make sure that I don't lose any bits even if the documents are well written.

The Quebec Medical Association retained the services of Geneviève to deliver the closing conference during the 3rd Physician Managers Conference on October 27, 2017. Through her dynamic approach, she was able to capture the audience by inviting participants to reflect on the capacities to develop in the complex environment in which they work in order to have a positive impact in the management of their partnerships.

As a project manager at the QMA, I also work with Geneviève on the preparation of training courses for medical managers. In this context, flexibility and availability are needed to take into account the needs of medical managers both for adapting the content of training courses and for the requirements of their schedules. Thus, she practices agility with her clients with constant concern to meet their needs. It is a real pleasure to work in this context while knowing that our goals are shared.
