OUR CUSTOMERS
TEAM COACHING WITH NOVA PERSONALITY PROFILE
What for?
Your team needs to connect and take quality time.
With this new reality where people see each other less, it doesn't take much to drive a wedge between colleagues and collaborators.
Your business performance is directly affected by peer relationships and team atmosphere. As good as it is positive! Isn't it?
How?
- A day or half a day during which, supported by the Nova Profile, the team will take the time to get to know each other better and to experiment with communication and motivation tools.
- OPTIONAL One individual meeting per participant lasting 1h30 in order to go in-depth in the understanding and application of communication tools related to his or her personal profile.
- Following the activity, an automated monthly follow-up of 2 to 4 months allows the team to keep in mind and in action the awarenesses and tools learned!
Depending on the composition of the team, leadership or sales angles can be brought out with specific activities and profiles.
What comes out of it?

- A 30-minute discussion with your Unique coaching facilitator.
- A half-day animation where the team will discover behavioral agility during 6 missions to help the mayor of St-Perdu unify his village.
What comes out of it?
- Discussions on a rich background.
- Striking examples that are easy to retrieve in the context of work.
- A new vision
This activity was created in 2021 in partnership with Randolph. It is led by a certified Unique coaching coach, at your office or in a location of your choosing.

The Crisis activity in St-Perdu allows you to learn the concepts of how to act while having fun! I recommend it to leaders who want to develop their agility.
