The duration of a coaching process varies between 3 months and 1 year. All packages include a psychometric profile with a one-hour debriefing meeting and self-paced training options The sessions last 30, 45, or 60 minutes and are scheduled every 1 to 3 weeks.
In terms of budget, we adapt to your reality. We offer basic packages, banks of hours, packages focused on specific topics, VIP coaching packages, etc. We always have a few clients from NPOs to whom we offer a 10% discount. Your price, as well as our support, will be tailor-made.

As a manager, Sébastien’s goal was to offer better service while optimizing his resources.
He wanted to deliver results while maintaining the respect of his team. He sought a balance between completing tasks and ensuring his team’s well-being.
His biggest challenge was that under pressure, he became less patient and often ended up doing the work himself. He knew it didn’t make sense, but as an expert in his field, he believed it helped him meet certain standards.
