Full courses and programs: How much preparation time is required?
Between 1 and 2 hours before each group workshop. This time is dedicated to watching video capsules presented by the creator of the training content and the founder of Unique Coaching (nothing like a cartoon or a boring PowerPoint!) as well as brief complementary readings.

Does the preparation work for managers who are reluctant or overloaded?
Yes. The modular format and practical approach foster engagement, even among the most resistant profiles. On average, out of 10 managers, 1 or 2 may be reluctant at first. In a sustained program, this resistance quickly disappears as participants immediately recognize the value and usefulness of the learning.
Is it possible to facilitate the trainings in-house with our own trainers?
