Leadership
Our leadership programs are aimed at current managers, from the first level to the executive level, and are delivered in-person or virtually.
Mixed approach (video preparation + concrete workshops + individual coaching + psychometric profile).
Duration 3 to 6 months. Virtual or in-person. ~10-12 participants.
All our programs include:
- Learning manual, cheat sheets, and lifetime access to preparatory videos;
- Concrete and practical exchanges in sub-groups and advice from a certified coach with real management experience;
- Certificate of completion, attendance sheets;
- Invitation to participate in the sessions at no additional cost for the HR contact of the mandate;

EFFICIENT LEADER Leadership Program (individual or group)
Companies, with all the challenges they are experiencing today, need to move faster and more efficiently in the training of their managers.
We understand that they must ensure succession, be efficient in terms of time and costs while obtaining concrete results.
New or more experienced managers, on the other hand, deserve to settle more comfortably in their management positions given all the current upheavals.
The Efficient Leader short program is intended for both the new manager making the transition from expert to leader and the more experienced manager who wants to update.
In addition to the formative content, participants are invited to self-assess according to the objectives of the program, at the beginning AND at the end. In addition, you will also get a behavioral observation grid.

TAILORED LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
Operation
Following a questionnaire sent to the participants of the program, 4 modules will be selected by Unique coaching and validated by you. The program and its common thread will be tailor-made, for this particular group. The approach is the combination of preparatory videos, half-day group workshops, Nova psychometric profile and 3 hours of individual coaching meetings per person.
You will have motivated and supervised participants to develop on a daily basis. Their program will be personalized, concrete while including proven tools.

Following a leadership program with Geneviève and other members of my organization, I have learned to adapt my leadership style as needed, to fragment objectives to achieve them more easily and I have a better understanding of behavioural styles.
