We know that a management role is not easy! It is not always easy to find the balance, to lead in order to be unifying, without forgetting the conflicts to manage, the management of emotions and stress and the achievement of objectives! We also know that if you have a management position, it is because you have the potential and the drive to be there.
Management coaching allows you to unblock situations quickly and create fluidity in your daily life. Most of our clients in a management position like to validate their practices, see a situation from another angle and/or develop a specific skill using concrete and APPLICABLE tools. We will define together your coaching support program while remaining flexible on your sporadic needs.
The duration of a coaching process varies between 3 months and 1 year. All packages include: a psychometric profile with a 1-hour debriefing meeting and self-training à la carte. Meetings are 30, 45 or 60 minutes every 1 to 3 weeks.
In terms of budget, we adapt to your reality. We have basic packages, banks of hours, packages directed according to specific topics, VIP coaching packages, etc. We always have a few clients from NPOs and always offer them a 10% discount. Your price, as well as our support, will be tailor-made.

Meet Sébastien*
As a manager, Sébastien’s goal was to offer better service while optimizing his resources.
He wanted to deliver while continuing to be respected by his team. He was looking for a balance between the delivery of tasks and the happiness of his team members.
His biggest challenge was that under pressure he was less patient and often finished the job himself. He knew that it didn’t make sense, but since he was an expert in his field, he thought that it allowed him to deliver according to certain standards.
After his annual evaluation, Sébastien was a little depressed. He found that despite the hours and effort invested, he struggled to maintain a performance if he didn’t put his shoulder to the wheel. Some employees had even given negative feedback on him.
His HR partner told him about coaching and supported by his manager, he really wanted to use his full potential and develop the skills he needed.
During our discovery call, we connected quickly, and Sébastien understood that I could help him.
From the beginning of the coaching process, we made a psychometric profile and this immediately had positive repercussions on him: he understood some of his biases and could immediately improve communication with certain members of his team.
As the coaching process progressed, the atmosphere in the team was harmonized and Sébastien gave several members of his team the different tools he discovered.
