We know that a management role is not easy! It is not always easy to find the balance, to lead in order to be unifying without forgetting the conflicts to manage, the emotions and the achievement of objectives!

We also know that if you have a management position, it is because you have the potential and the drive to be there.

Management coaching allows you to go faster and feel better in your role. Some managers like to validate their practices, see a situation from another angle and/or develop a specific skill using concrete and APPLICABLE tools.

Your coaching will be directed or à la carte and always structured while remaining flexible on your sporadic needs.

The duration of the coaching process varies between 3 months and 1 year. All packages include: a psychometric profile with a 1h30 debriefing meeting and self-training à la carte. Meetings are 30 or 60 minutes every 1 to 3 weeks.

In terms of budget, some packages start at, up to. It is possible to buy banks of hours of 5, 10 or 20 hours to be shared between managers of the same company. At this point you get between 5% and 10% off. NPOs still have 10%. Get in touch for an accurate price!

Coaching à la carte?

The duration of the management coaching process varies between 3 months and 1 year.

All packages include: a psychometric profile with a 1h30 debriefing meeting and our “Wheel of Leadership” diagnosis.

Meetings are 30 or 60 minutes every 1 to 3 weeks.

At least two tripartite meetings will be scheduled (one at the beginning and one at the end). And interim assessments can take place if necessary.

Meet Sébastien*

As a manager, Sébastien’s goal was to offer better service while optimizing his resources.

He wanted to deliver while continuing to be respected by his team. He was looking for a balance between the delivery of tasks and the happiness of his team members.

His biggest challenge was that under pressure he was less patient and often finished the job himself. He knew that it didn’t make sense, but since he was an expert in his field, he thought that it allowed him to deliver according to certain standards.

For executive coaching you have packages of 3, 6 or 12 months at a rate of 30 minute sessions per week.

For management coaching, you can choose between directed or à la carte courses.

All our coaching packages include diagnostic tools to get to know yourself more quickly, adjust the tools to your reality and find ways to motivate you.

These diagnostic tools can be a psychometric profile or our diagnostic wheels!

If we have a chemistry, an official service offer will be sent to you.

Start and progress towards achieving your results!

You will already be able to organize your dating schedule at the pace you want by booking directly on our website!

You will have the choice between 30 or 60 minute meetings, depending on your needs.

Our clients like to schedule their meetings at least 4 weeks in advance or more to ensure continuity in their progress.

Between each meeting, you will put into action the most relevant elements in order to achieve your results.

And before your next meeting, you answer 5 questions to prepare yourself and give context on what happened (we know that in a week a lot can happen!)

We will make one or more assessments if necessary.
