    FORMAT AND DURATION

    • Total duration : approximately 6 months

    • Structure : 5 modules + introductory meeting + conclusion meeting + individual support for each participant

    • Frequency : 1 module per month

    • Group size : 10 to 12 participants per cohort

    • Preparation : 1 to 2 hours between each module (video clips and targeted readings)

    • Modalities : face-to-face or virtual, customizable according to the organization

    Leader Impact is part of the second generation of our leadership programs, completely redesigned in 2023 and continuously enriched to stay in tune with the realities on the ground.

    A natural continuation of the Efficient Leader program, Leader Impact was launched in 2024 to support leaders towards a higher level of influence and performance.

    Since 2018, we have been using a hybrid model that combines online preparation and dynamic workshops. This format, proven with hundreds of leaders, is not a fad: it is in our DNA.

    Our pedagogical signature: Learn – Experiment – Share

    • Learn : preparation between modules through clear and concrete video clips and targeted readings, to arrive already ready for action.

    • Experiment : workshops in group coaching mode, with case studies, scenarios and collaborative exercises worthy of team building.

    • Share : exchanges between peers and individual support included, to apply the learning to one’s own reality.

    The results: more influential leaders, able to maintain performance while building cohesion and trust within their team.
