Did you know that Geneviève’s first job was… programmer? Yes! At the beginning of her career in computer science, she developed management systems in the forestry sector. Then, a few years later, she became an online project manager for a digital entertainment company, eventually leading the company’s IT operations.
In the end, she preferred to work with humans rather than machines, without however denying IT! Geneviève loves having clients in the IT field.
Even though since 2013, she has been coaching and training managers in all fields, and at all levels of management to move from expert status to unifying leader status, she loves it when they come from IT!
