In the challenges they face, their commitment can lead them to overwork themselves. How to avoid burnout?  <\/p>\n<p>Common situations where there may be a risk of burnout include:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Taking up the position (or a promotion)<\/li>\n<li>A lack of staff<\/li>\n<li>An unbalanced ratio of junior-experienced employees<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In other words, the management challenges are numerous, motivating and very present! \ud83e\udd2fThen, let&#8217;s be honest, things like change, novelty, fuzzy expectations, the desire to please, and ambition are all things that can contribute to a great demand for energy. <\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re constantly on the go, you can forget the most important thing.<\/p>\n<p>Being constantly in action often results in being in R\u00c9reaction, or transmitting vague expectations to work more hours, decrease your satisfaction, start to feel frustrated, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The opposite could also be true: that is, not being enough in action. This can rather result in withdrawal from others or situations. <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h6>Being constantly in action, or on the contrary, inactive can be a source of exhaustion.<\/h6>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>For my part, I&#8217;m more of the type of person who is too much in action than in inaction. En m\u00eame temps, vous devez maintenant apprendre \u00e0 ne pas trop en prendre\u2026 surtout si vous \u00eates un expert de votre domaine ou que vous n\u2019avez pas une \u00e9quipe qui vous supporte pleinement.<\/p>\n<p>Ou, vous avez peut-\u00eatre besoin de sortir de votre zone de confort.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Deuxi\u00e8me strat\u00e9gie\u00a0: Sortir de sa zone de confort<\/h4>\n<p>Plusieurs gestionnaires-experts ne prennent pas suffisamment de recul et ne se rendent pas compte que leurs comportements actuels font partie de leur zone de confort.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple\u00a0: faire plus d\u2019op\u00e9rations que ce que le poste requiert.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qu\u2019il faut comprendre, c\u2019est que dans le r\u00f4le de gestion, il y a une \u00e9volution constante. Il y a toujours des situations \u00e0 laisser aller et de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper.<\/p>\n<p>Mais\u2026 laisser aller un \u00e9l\u00e9ment confortable cr\u00e9e une sorte de vide et si vous ne vous sentez pas assez comp\u00e9tent, par exemple pour d\u00e9l\u00e9guer, vous allez sans doute continuer de faire plut\u00f4t que de faire faire.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ce qui m\u00e8ne \u00e0 la troisi\u00e8me strat\u00e9gie\u00a0: orienter son focus.<\/h4>\n<p>\u00catre engag\u00e9 c\u2019est bien, mais un gestionnaire \u00e9puis\u00e9 n\u2019est aucunement mobilisant pour son \u00e9quipe. Souvent, cela peut m\u00eame mettre de la pression sur son \u00e9quipe. L\u2019\u00e9quipe peut penser que c\u2019est ce que vous vous attendez d\u2019eux.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui fait que si vous courez partout, il vaut mieux utiliser votre temps ainsi\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>80% sur ce que vous contr\u00f4lez, 20% sur ce que vous pouvez influencer, 0% sur ce que vous ne contr\u00f4lez pas.<\/p>\n<p>Cherchez ce que vous pouvez contr\u00f4ler ou influencer, sinon&#8230; acceptez!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Finalement, en quatri\u00e8me strat\u00e9gie\u00a0: Prendre soin de soi.<\/h4>\n<p>Vous le savez, nous le savons, il FAUT prendre soin de soi.<\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019obligation\u2026 \ud83d\ude09 qu\u2019est-ce qui vous motiverait \u00e0 prendre plus soin de vous? Plus de satisfaction? Une \u00e9quipe plus mobilis\u00e9e? Du temps pour votre vie personnelle?<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h6>G\u00e9rez votre \u00e9nergie de fa\u00e7on consciente, et lorsque le r\u00e9servoir est vide, remplissez-le.<\/h6>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>On ne vit pas sa vie sur une marge de cr\u00e9dit\u00a0\ud83d\ude0a On peut l\u2019utiliser lorsqu\u2019il y a une urgence. C\u2019est \u00e0 cela que \u00e7a sert. Idem pour votre r\u00e9servoir d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>N\u2019en abusez pas sans arr\u00eat et sachez vous ressourcer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>En conclusion<\/h4>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas n\u00e9gatif de se donner dans un r\u00f4le. Je l\u2019ai fait. Je ne me suis pas \u00e9puis\u00e9e, car j\u2019ai su m\u2019arr\u00eater au bon moment. J\u2019ai appris \u00e0 focaliser sur ce que je contr\u00f4lais pour diminuer mon stress, je me suis trouv\u00e9 un r\u00e9seau de gens qui me comprenaient pour partager ce que je vivais, j\u2019ai chang\u00e9 le focus de travailler sur mes faiblesses pour plut\u00f4t utiliser mes forces et mieux m\u2019entourer.<\/p>\n<p>Est-ce que cela m\u2019arrive encore? Bien s\u00fbr! Je suis passionn\u00e9e et engag\u00e9e. Je vais le rester.
