We blame communication for causing delays, misunderstandings, frustrations, or even the quality of what you delivered.   <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">And with good reason, communication is often THE thing to improve having a direct impact on the proper functioning of many elements.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the same time, what I have noticed in my career and still today with my clients is that communication is accused, but the courses of action are not always clear or understood. This shows that communication is a complex subject&#8230; and that there is always something to improve!   <strong><span style=\"color: #106db6;\">Take it to the interactive test at the bottom of this article!<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><!--more--><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What does it mean to improve your communication?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you ask different people to explain to you what you need to improve in communication, I&#8217;m willing to bet that it will remain vague. It is true that the subject is complicated, sensitive and that it is not easy to tell the other person what you really need. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The classic example, and unfortunately true in 99% of cases, is that roles and expectations are not clear.
