I\u2019m attentive, empathetic, pragmatic, and direct. I know what it\u2019s like to lead teams both in person and remotely, manage large-scale projects, navigate different cultures, all while working with limited resources! <\/p>\n

I use a variety of tools in my practice to help managers understand how they work and unlock their true potential.<\/span><\/p>\n

I completed my coaching training at Coaching de Gestion, where I learned a systemic coaching model. Together, we explore situations and take action! <\/p>\n

I\u2019m proud of all the times I stepped out of my comfort zone\u2014whether it was moving to a new city, traveling alone, starting snowboarding and motorcycling at 30, launching a business, or renovating houses!<\/p>\n

What is your most beautiful trip?<\/strong><\/p>\n

My last road trip! In the summer of 2024, I drove 11,000 km between Montreal and the United States with my son over about a month. We visited seven national parks (the photo was taken in Zion!). Our main destinations were Ontario, Arizona, Utah (favorite!) and Colorado. <\/p>\n
